This role involves managing the general ledger, leading financial close processes, and preparing GAAP-compliant statements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 5+ years of experience, and strong Excel skills. A competitive salary of $105,000 - $130,000 is offered along with benefits including medical insurance and vacation time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in a Controller role.
• Experience managing A/P, A/R, general ledger, and payroll.
• CPA/CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger and lead the close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support decision-making.
