Job summary

TOGETHXR, a national brand in women’s sports hospitality, seeks a Controller to own the full accounting function across multiple entities. You will build scalable systems, controls, and reporting, partnering with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Leadership to translate activity into clean financials and reliable metrics.

This hands‑on, high‑visibility role requires strong GAAP knowledge, multi‑unit experience, and a passion for building robust financial infrastructure in a fast‑growing franchise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Progressive accounting experience in multi‑unit settings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead full monthly close across multiple entities with GAAP‑aligned reporting.
• Oversee A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Maintain audit‑ready general ledger and documentation trail.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Develop scalable accounting processes, controls, and SOPs.
• Manage franchise and multi‑entity accounting, including intercompany entries.
• Prepare financials for CFO, auditors, and tax advisors; support audits.
• Lead year‑end close and produce supporting workpapers.
• Build partnerships with Operations, HR, Marketing to align financials.
• Drive process improvements and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
