Job summary

DataFlex, The Human Capital & Company Matchmaker Experts and Digital Infrastructure Evolution is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the contractual lifecycle for a growing portfolio of data center-related agreements.

You will draft, redline, negotiate, and analyze license agreements, service orders, and related documents, while coordinating with multiple business units to address audits and compliance requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with focus in real estate, business, or finance preferred.
• Juris Doctor preferred or 3+ years in a similar role.
• Contract negotiation experience, preferably with data center/telecom/tech industries.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Contract drafting and redlining experience with license, leases, vendor and NDA agreements.
• Experience abstracting contractual rights and obligations for non-legal teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of contracts through the lifecycle including renewals, amendments and terminations.
• Follow contractual processes and recommend improvements.
• Draft, redline, and negotiate license agreements, service orders, and other documents.
• Prepare renewal analyses evaluating terms, invoices, and audits.
• Collaborate with business units to respond to audit and compliance requests.
• Review and draft responses to RFPs and support special projects.
• Communicate with management and various business units regularly.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
