Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to support families in our behavioral health programs. You will work within a clinical team to provide evidence-based therapy and participate in supervision and professional development opportunities.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other clinicians. Competitive benefits and a supportive, growth-focused environment await.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience working with children and families is required.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Licensed or licensing-eligible credentials.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists to provide integrated care.
