Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 1–2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support community accounting functions: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and HR-related duties.
• Track community accounting changes, prepare and record invoices, assist with new hire documentation, and organize files (personnel, resident, marketing).
• Preferred: AA degree or equivalent with related experience.
