Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead a local branch in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching teams, and maintaining operational excellence within the branch.

The BSM will align with the Division Director on goals and ensures adherence to policies and standards while fostering staff development and customer focus. The ideal candidate has at least two years of management experience, solid P&L knowledge, and a proven ability to coach

Qualifications

• Two years of prior management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of P&L, sales, collections, and cost controlling measures.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team to achieve goals and profitability.
• Communicate vision and strategies to staff; set division goals and objectives.
• Manage financial goals; analyze analytics to improve profit margins.
• Provide training on operations, sales leadership, and compliance with policies.
• Lead marketing efforts to grow branch market share and customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage delinquent accounts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company standards; monitor risk.
