Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Full Time Branch Manager for the Salem Road Branch in Virginia Beach, VA. You will lead Branch Services staff, drive service quality, coach teams, and grow loans and deposits while representing Langley in the community.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or 4 years in finance) and at least two years of supervisory experience, with Notary Public commission within six months. On-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of experience in a financial institution or sales/service advising customers.
• Four years of financial institution experience required.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Must obtain and maintain Notary Public commission within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share of loans and deposits.
• Conduct business development to expand member relationships.
• Represent Langley in civic and professional events.
• Coach staff to foster sales and service culture.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, balancing, opening/closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
