Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a Full Time Assistant Branch Manager for the Carrollton, VA branch. You will lead branch operations, coach staff, and drive growth in loans and deposits while delivering excellent member service.

In partnership with the Branch Manager, you will ensure regulatory compliance, provide ongoing staff development, and foster teamwork across departments to meet business goals and member needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of financial institution experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Notary Public commission required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises operational and administrative activities, including scheduling and balancing.
• Grows market share of loans and deposits for new and existing members.
• Coaches Staff to drive service quality and sales culture.
• Mentors staff and provides on-site training and feedback.
