The role will oversee equipment rental, service work, transportation and sales; manage the sales team; ensure the branch meets safety, service and profitability standards; and build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining full P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• Previous branch management experience in construction equipment rental preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage P&L and ensure profitability.
