Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and monitor progress against targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to store team aligned with vision and values.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing high caliber talent.
• Coach, train and supervise associates; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Communicate clearly and foster a productive team environment.
• Assist in managing expenses to maximize profitability.
• Ensure store standards in merchandising and operations.
