Job summary

Control Point Associates in Chalfont, PA is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our surveying team. This role blends field coordination with office project management and client communication to ensure timely ALTA, boundary, and topographic survey deliverables.

You will support senior project managers, oversee field crews, manage schedules and billing, and contribute to business development while growing your professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in surveying field with 2–3 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; SIT (Surveyor in Training) is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and management of survey field crews, CAD Drafters, Survey Technicians and support staff.
• Communicate effectively across all teams and business units.
• Assist in the financial management of survey projects, including contract preparation, billing reports, invoicing and collections.
• Boundary analysis and computations of ALTA, topographic, utility and roadway surveys using Civil 3D and other standard software.
• Construction stakeout services including field setup and quality control.
