Responsibilities

• Assist project manager across procurement, budgeting, and schedules.
• Prepare bid packages, scopes of work, and contract documents.
• Support subcontractor and material purchasing processes.
• Help manage project logistics, permits, and safety compliance.
• Assist in field operations and coordination meetings.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and change management.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure timely communication of issues and resolutions.
