Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a winning team and delivering a great customer experience while driving profitable sales.

You will help hire and develop crew and shift managers, maintain standards, manage scheduling and inventory where applicable, and lead by example with a guest-first mindset. This on-site role requires open availability and a commitment to growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a manager in a quick service industry
• Guest first mentality
• Open availability
• Understanding of cost controls and budget management
• At least 18 years of age
• High individual standards
• Basic math skills
• Desire to develop and grow
• Scheduling and/or inventory experience is not a must but welcomed
