Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening and ability to pass state/federal requirements.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and orientate team.
• Coach and develop staff; oversee customer service and safety standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
• Support GM in achieving sales and operational metrics.
