Wendy's is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Ohio. You will drive daily operations, staff development, and exceptional customer service while achieving sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and manage team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment.
