Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of development or communications experience, preferably in education.
• Experience with donor databases (CRM) such as Salesforce or Bloomerang.
• Experience creating content for marketing channels (web, newsletters, and social media).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Superior written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advance philanthropic efforts, community engagement, and events.
• Support marketing, communications, and administration activities.
• Coordinate events and donor relations in collaboration with leaders.
• Report to the Director of Advancement and support the Marketing & Communications team.
