Job summary

Our Children’s Trust in Eugene, Oregon seeks a Chief Advancement Officer to lead fundraising, communications, brand, and external engagement. You will partner with the Co-Executive Director to translate legal victories and youth leadership into sustainable support, aligning donor strategy with OCT’s litigation priorities and mission.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in fundraising, communications or related fields.
• Proven track record in securing major gifts and institutional funding.
• Experience designing organizational strategy and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated engagement strategy (fundraising, communications, education, public engagement).
• Oversee fundraising programs including major gifts and donor stewardship.
• Lead OCT’s brand, messaging, and media strategy to amplify youth voice and impact.
• Guide public education initiatives, audience growth, and trauma-informed engagement.
• Supervise senior staff and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations.
