Galpin Studio Rentals Hollywood is seeking an Accounting Associate to support daily financial operations in a busy automotive studio rental business.

You will record transactions, manage payables/receivables, reconcile banks, and prepare statements; 3–7 years accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, and strong communication are required. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile weekly bank statements.
• Prepare monthly customer statements.
• Utilize spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Handle filing, phone inquiries, and emails.
