Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.

• Ability to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service, including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
