Chime is seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Associate to join its Growth & Marketing Finance team. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to manage marketing budgets, evaluate growth initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to scale growth.

You will build analytical frameworks, maintain trackers, and translate performance data into recommendations that influence investment decisions. This role offers a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Strategic Finance or related field.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; familiarity with Looker and SQL is a plus.
• Experience with cohort data and ROI analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, synthesizing complex findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product to define success metrics and measure impact across growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain clear reporting to track progress vs expectations.
• Improve forecasting processes, systems, and tooling to reflect growth dynamics.
• Lead cohort-based analyses to identify performance drivers and opportunities.
• Contribute to earnings preparation and executive narratives related to user growth.
