Job summary

Hut 8 is seeking a Strategic Finance, Partner to lead financing and capital markets strategy for its data center growth in Miami. You will shape funding roadmaps, manage end-to-end transactions, and partner with banks, investors, and sponsors to fund critical infrastructure initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience in structuring complex financings, building robust financial models, and communicating with senior leadership and the board in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment banking, PE, private credit, or infrastructure finance with transactions from origination to close.
• Experience structuring complex financings across equity/debt.
• Strong modeling, valuation, and decision frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance capital strategies and funding roadmaps.
• Manage financing transactions from origination through close.
• Build relationships with banks, investors, and sponsors.
• Create financial models and present to leadership and board.
• Support investment committee and board materials.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
