Job summary

UGI Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Growth Execution Specialist I/II to expand profitable natural gas connections in our home market. You will manage residential and commercial services, elevated pressure requests, and inbound inquiries, with oversight of sub-contractors and resources to ensure timely installations.

The role emphasizes cost-to-serve reductions, efficient resource allocation, and strong communication with customers and regulatory bodies to meet permitting and code requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field or 5+ years industry or sales experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience required with degree.
• Outstanding organization and communication skills, to manage all aspects of service growth execution.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and provide service estimates including meters and regulators to UGI system specifications and complete all necessary permitting for new business service facilities.
• Manage residential and small commercial service installations and escalated load requests; coordinate with ISG and Area Sales Reps.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect information for forecasting and marketing needs.
• Communicate with customers and agencies to address restoration concerns and scheduling questions.
