Bow River Capital is seeking a Software Growth Equity Associate in Denver to analyze and execute investments in B2B SaaS companies. You will collaborate with a team to identify market themes and drive deal execution.

The role suits a candidate with 1–3 years in tech-focused investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A, and strong financial modeling. You’ll work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with exposure to all aspects of the investment process.
