Job summary

Invictus Growth Partners in San Mateo, CA, seeks an investment professional with 2–4 years in IB, growth equity, PE, consulting, or tech to identify founder-led software, cybersecurity, and fintech targets. You will help build deal sourcing channels and contribute to deal execution.

You will create investment frameworks, perform financial modeling and valuations, draft committee materials, and support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives while engaging with investors.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, PE, consulting, or technology.
• Proficiency in financial modeling with a SaaS metrics focus.
• Strong analytical mindset on software business models.
• AI tool familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with founder-led companies; establish deal sourcing channels
• Create and maintain investment frameworks and market analyses
• Execute financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence activities
• Draft investment documentation for committee review
• Assist portfolio companies with strategy and operational initiatives
• Handle investor communications
