Job summary

Arrowroot Capital seeks a Miami-based Associate with 1-3 years of post-undergraduate experience in technology investment banking or growth equity to be an integral member of our growing team. The candidate should be comfortable and capable of sourcing and executing new investments and working with management teams of portfolio companies directly with the Partners of the firm.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of total experience including investment experience.
• Software experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment memos and business plan summaries.
• Research target’s market size, competitive position, and industry dynamics.
• Manage third party diligence providers, including legal, accounting and consultants.
• Detailed financial analysis and modeling.
• Assist with legal documentation and post-closing issues.
• Sourcing actionable opportunities and marketing the firm.
• Execute and analyze post-close value creation initiatives.
• Supervise and train Associates & Analysts.
