Job summary

Eon is seeking a Growth Engineer to build a scalable growth engine using AI, automation, and data-driven experiences. You’ll own the systems behind demand generation and pipeline expansion, connecting multiple data sources and creating tools for experimentation and measurement.

You’ll partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to extend core systems, ship new capabilities, and move quickly from idea to production with a builder mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong coding skills to take an idea from zero to production independently.
• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
• Experience building with LLM APIs, agents, or AI-powered workflows.
• Strong understanding of how systems connect — APIs, data, automation, web, and third-party platforms.
• Builder mindset: ship fast, learn, and iterate.
• Curiosity about growth, distribution, marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Evidence of building something outside core job that others used.

Responsibilities

• Build Eon’s growth engine with AI, automation, data, and web experiences.
• Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and data sources to trigger signals.
• Create tools for account research, intent, outreach, experiments, and measurement.
• Automate paid acquisition workflows across LinkedIn and Google.
• Own page architecture, personalization, and CRO infrastructure.
