Job summary

Eon is hiring a Growth Engineer to build the growth engine using automation, AI agents, data pipelines, and web experiences. You’ll own systems behind demand generation, experiments, and CRO infrastructure, and work closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations to extend core capabilities.

You’ll ship new tools, platforms, and distribution channels, test ideas, and measure outcomes to create compounding growth across cloud backup data products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong coding skills from zero to production independently.
• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience building with LLM APIs, agents, or AI-powered workflows.
• Understanding of how systems connect — APIs, data, automation, web, and third-party platforms.
• Builder mindset with rapid shipping and learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build AI/automation use cases to scale demand generation.
• Build workflows and agents using Claude, Clay, LLM APIs, and custom code.
• Connect data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, websites, and product data to trigger actions.
• Create systems for research, intent signals, personalization, experiments, and measurement.
• Automate paid acquisition infrastructure across LinkedIn and Google.
• Own the technical side of eon.io — page architecture, personalization, experiments, CRO infra.
• Develop tools to test new GTM ideas quickly.
