Job summary

You will design data pipelines, audience segmentation datasets, and experimentation frameworks, collaborating with engineering, product, analytics, and marketing to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working on large-scale datasets.
• Experience building data pipelines and audience segmentation solutions.
• Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and scalable application development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain systems that support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Build and optimize deep-linking and routing solutions across web and mobile experiences.
• Develop audience segmentation datasets using behavioral and engagement data.
• Implement conversion tracking and measurement solutions to support campaign optimization.
• Build integrations between internal systems and external marketing platforms.
• Support targeted customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve growth-related systems and applications.
