Qualifications

• Solid engineering across frontend, backend and data.
• Strong frontend and UI/UX focus.
• Comfortable with experiments, statistics, funnels and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive core business numbers through engineering.
• Build and maintain a growth model covering the full funnel.
• Develop PLG features for sharing, referrals, and UGC.
• Create dashboards, experiments and reporting for funnel and retention.
• Implement lifecycle emails triggered on activation and churn risk.
