ClickHouse is seeking an engineer to lead growth engineering for a self-serve funnel, blending human UX polish with AI-assisted experiences. This brand-new role emphasizes speed, measurable impact, and rapid iteration across product, design, and data science teams.

You will design and run experiments, ship testable ideas, instrument outcomes with GrowthBook, and collaborate across platform and app teams to optimize acquisition, activation, and monetization metrics.

Qualifications

• Full-stack product engineering with TS/Node/React on a growth team.
• Strong UI craft from flows to microcopy.
• Hands-on with LLMs or agent patterns in product.
• Comfort shipping a testable version first and iterating.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, and code reviews.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship experiments across the self-serve funnel.
• Design and refine human-facing UI to maximize clarity and conversion.
• Design and ship agentic AI-assisted onboarding and workflows.
• Run disciplined experiments with a hypothesis and instrumentation.
• Partner with product, design, and data science to move ideas to shipped experiments.
• Collaborate with platform and app teams on end-to-end user flows and metrics.
