Notion is hiring Growth Engineers to lead the technical direction for scalable growth and to partner with data, product, and marketing teams. You will own experiments end-to-end, shaping roadmaps and delivering impactful outcomes for a broad user base.

The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, building AI-enabled workflows, and delivering polished interfaces that scale with usage. This role is based in either San Francisco or New York City and requires in-person collaboration on Anchor Days.
