Vert is hiring a Growth Engineer to build and own the infrastructure for our marketing organization. You’ll work on internal tools, data pipelines, automations and predictive analytics to improve the growth engine and directly impact revenue.

We offer high ownership, autonomy, and a startup culture with a focus on high-leverage, creative work. Start date is as soon as possible and compensation includes $100,000–$160,000, plus equity and bonuses.

We are a team of 25 from Berkeley, Princeton, Vanderbilt, and some dropouts.

Job Description:

As a Growth Engineer, you’ll build and own the infrastructure for our marketing organization.

Your work will span internal tools, data pipelines, automations, predictive analytics and more. We believe in a high-autonomy culture where you’ll initiate projects and make key technical decisions. Your work will make our growth engine more efficient and directly impact revenue.
