Job summary

Launch With Us is seeking a Head of Performance to own outcomes across brands and channels, reporting to the Founder. You will codify growth methods into scalable systems and drive the team from strategy through execution, uniting media, creative and distribution under one growth engine.

You’ll lead a 15+ team, coach three leads, and influence leadership decisions while shaping forecasts, targets, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Seven-figure ecommerce brands growth with 5+ years in performance or growth on agency or DTC.
• Deep fluency in testing, scaling, attribution, funnels and CRO across Meta, TikTok and search.
• Real creative strategy experience and ability to judge creative on commercial potential.
• Think in founder-level P&L terms: CAC, MER, contribution margin, LTV and payback.
• Experience managing managers and building scalable models teams follow.
• Founder-level presence and comfort with ambiguity.
• Bonus if you have agency and brand-side experience; AI, Triple Whale, Shopify familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own client outcomes across every brand and channel; report to the Founder.
• Build the forecasting and target-setting system and codify it as an SOP.
• Combine media and creative planning as a growth lever with robust measurement.
• Coach three leads and a 15+ team; oversee hiring and leadership development.
• Sit on the leadership team; help set commercial objectives and growth priorities.
• Create a scalable growth engine and repeatable processes for pods.
