Job summary
Conexus Indiana is seeking a Manager, Growth and Engagement to strengthen partnerships and drive revenue for AML initiatives in Indiana. Based in Indianapolis, this exempt role reports to the Senior Director of Growth and works across industry, academia, public sector, and philanthropy.
The role emphasizes partner engagement, sponsorship development, and economic development, with a hybrid schedule and frequent statewide travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of fundraising, partnerships, or economic development experience.
- Experience with nonprofit development or sponsorships is a plus but not required.
- Proven ability to solicit and close revenue or sponsorships.
- Strong relationship-building and public speaking skills; proficient with Office and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Partner Engagement: maintain outreach to Council partners and track commitments.
- Revenue Generation and Growth: solicit new investments and sponsorships to meet goals.
- Economic Development: support in-state expansions and recruitment of out-of-state companies.
- Program Operations: keep data in Salesforce and manage timelines and reports.
- Perform other duties as requested.
