Job summary

Aon is seeking a bilingual Japanese/English enablement and growth strategist to drive scalable growth initiatives across JGS in the United States. You will partner with commercial leadership in the U.S. and Japan to implement governance, enablement, and client-experience improvements.

In this role, you will align global standards with regional needs, lead strategic programs, and develop tools that accelerate deal execution and talent development across JGS.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Experience in strategy planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth enablement initiatives and strategic pursuits across JGS.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Lines to align priorities.
• Develop practical tools and templates to improve pipeline governance and execution.
• Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives across JGS.
