Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking a strategic leader to drive growth enablement and ensure global standards adoption across the Japan Global Solutions group and North America. This office-based role can be based in Chicago or New York City, with a focus on coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Lines to enable client-facing teams.

You will lead planning, measurement, and delivery of growth initiatives, while strengthening talent development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese and English at native/near-native level.
• Experience in strategy planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving execution.
• Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support global growth strategy translation into scalable enablement frameworks.
• Lead growth initiatives and partner with JGS leadership on planning and execution.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to align priorities and drive progress.
• Develop tools, reporting, and operating cadences to improve consistency across JGS.
• Support talent development, recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
