Job summary

Aon is seeking a Growth Enablement Lead to translate global growth strategy into scalable enablement across the US, Japan, and JGS. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Lines to standardize practices and drive revenue growth with measurable outcomes.

Based in the US, the role offers hybrid or virtual work. You will coordinate cross-region priorities, leverage data-driven insights, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while strengthening bilingual talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Experience in strategy planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with JGS leadership and regional teams to plan growth initiatives.
• Coordinate priorities across regions to align activities and drive growth.
• Leverage data and insights from ACIA to support decision-making and execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Lead enablement initiatives and talent development across JGS.
• Strengthen bilingual talent pipelines and career development programs.
