Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in workforce scaling or recruiting operations.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-role hiring within corporate HR structures.
• Strong project management and data-driven reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute multi-year hiring plans across three business units.
• Define role specifications with BU leads and manage end-to-end requisition lifecycle.
• Manage external search partners and internal recruiting coordination.
