Job summary

JLL Real Estate Due Diligence (JREDD) seeks a Growth Enablement Director to stand up and lead the workforce delivery function from scratch. You will align with BU leadership, manage recruiting operations, onboarding, and international deployments, and partner with HR and external search firms to ensure timely, compliant staffing.

The role focuses on building scalable processes, improving time-to-billable, and delivering strategic headcount aligned with multi-year plans.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading workforce scaling programs in professional services or real estate environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage JREDD's workforce delivery program across three units, translating headcount plans into a live recruiting calendar.
• Own end-to-end requisition intake through offer acceptance with BU leads; drive timelines and accountability.
• Manage external search partner relationships and coordination for specialized roles.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-to-productivity processes from offer to 90 days.
• Build and maintain a live hiring dashboard covering headcount, time-to-fill, and time-to-billable.
• Report progress to JREDD leadership with flags on schedule risks and remediation actions.
• Supervise the Delivery Coordinator and define priorities and development plans.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and compensation to ensure proper role classification and budgets.
