RSM is seeking a Growth Support Specialist to assist pursuit leaders and market teams in driving intentional growth. You will manage CRM data, support event planning and sponsorships, and help prepare brand- and risk-compliant pursuit documents.

The role emphasizes time management, collaboration, and data integrity across local markets and industries. You will coordinate regular meetings, maintain records, and provide ad hoc reporting to support pipeline activities, with a path to hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience supporting growth initiatives and working with pursuit leaders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate with market development, BD and pursuit teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support local market growth meetings and cadence
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and growth documents
• Maintain CRM data quality and monitor pipeline activities
• Support preparation of pursuit documents and presentations
• Coordinate market-facing events and sponsorships
• Provide ad hoc CRM reports and dashboard coordination
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with firm policies
• Contribute to cross-functional discussions and projects
