Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of related field experience.
• Basic knowledge of tools, resources and technology required with assigned responsibilities.
• Some experience with customer relationship management software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, able to learn firm programs.
• Excellent people skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the local market, line of business or industry-focused growth strategy.
• Support regular cadence of growth meetings: scheduling, agendas, notes and tracking progress.
• Provide CRM support to monitor pipeline and document activity.
• Assist with planning and execution of market-facing seminars, conferences and events.
• Research accounts and data to support pursuit efforts and prepare presentations.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to brand and risk standards.
• Collaborate with growth support leaders and other internal teams.
