Job summary

RSM is seeking a Growth Support Specialist to collaborate with pursuit leaders and market development teams to drive growth initiatives. You will manage CRM data, prepare pursuit materials, and support seminars, conferences and events, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.

With guidance, you will coordinate meetings, maintain documents, and provide on-demand support for analytics and presentations, enabling teams to execute growth strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in related field.
• Demonstrates a basic knowledge of tools, resources and technology required with assigned responsibilities.
• Some experience with customer relationship management software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to learn programs/software utilized by the firm.
• Excellent people skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience.
• Strong grammar and proofreading skills and experience.
• Effective organization, prioritization and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare presentations, including charts, graphics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the local market, line of business or industry-focused intentional growth strategy.
• Support regular cadence of growth meetings and document discussions and actions.
• Maintain CRM data quality and monitor pipeline.
• Provide ad hoc CRM requests, pipeline reports and presentation materials.
• Plan and support market-facing seminars, conferences, meetings and networking events.
• Collaborate with growth leadership and other internal teams to meet business needs.
• Adhere to data integrity policies and review pursuit deliverables for brand and risk compliance.
