Aprio is seeking a senior editorial and demand-generation leader to own the Editorial Engine, drive content across formats, and oversee AI-assisted workflows. You will craft on-brand, accurate material for tax and advisory services, while coordinating campaigns across email, social, web, and SEO.

You will build analytics, optimize performance, and partner with tax specialists to ensure precise, engaging content that moves potential clients through the funnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in communications, marketing, editorial, or demand generation.
• Excellent writing and editing; strong reader engagement.
• Comfort with AI tools and generative AI experience.
• Hands-on campaigns across email, social, web, and SEO.
• Understanding of AI answer engines (GEO/AEO).
• Strong organizational skills and process mindset.
• Collaborative style with subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Own Editorial Engine and manage content calendar and production pipeline.
• Write, draft, edit, and elevate content to match Aprio's voice.
• Lead campaigns across channels and map to buyer intent.
• Develop AI agents for research, drafting, and distribution with human oversight.
• Ensure on-brand, accurate tax and audit content.
• Build analytics and reporting to show content impact and pipeline contributions.
