Job summary

Saddle Creek is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in North Carolina to oversee loading/unloading, assign work, and supervise warehouse staff. You will ensure safety policies are followed and support efficient warehouse operations to meet customer needs.

The role requires at least two years in a warehouse setting, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Prior leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in a warehouse.
• Able to perform physically exerting duties in varying temperatures.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written or oral instruction.
• Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report them.
• Advise associates on care of products and equipment use.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through warehouse support.
• Enforce safety, quality and productivity procedures.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Adhere to safety policies to ensure safe working conditions.
