• Meet or exceed productivity standards and cost control.
• Maintain exceptional customer service by achieving KPIs like order fill rate accuracy and inventory accuracy.
• Promote LEAN principles and process improvements to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 6 - 10 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment
• Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business units by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management
• Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles and process improvement
• Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
• Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals
• Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
• Coach, train, and mentor associates, allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
• Conduct annual performance reviews
