Job summary

Woodgrain is hiring a Distribution Warehouse Manager in Elkhart, IN to lead warehousing activities and drive the branch growth plan. The role requires strong leadership to train staff, optimize space, and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring safety and efficiency across the operation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3–5 years of related experience, plus familiarity with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3–5 years related leadership experience.
• Experience in millwork or building materials is desirable.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing activities and implement branch growth plans.
• Train and develop warehouse team and ensure SOP adherence.
• Manage inventory accuracy and optimize space and layouts.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety programs.
• Communicate priorities through daily huddles and monthly meetings.
