Qualifications

• 10+ years in a pharmaceutical or healthcare agency environment.
• Deep fluency in healthcare.
• Seasoned account leadership managing healthcare business.
• Proven ownership across at least three new-business pitches.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, executive presence, and presentation skills.
• Experience in oncology, obesity, rare disease, or CNS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow client relationships and lead growth strategy for approximately three assigned clients.
• Write capabilities presentations, strategic narratives, proposals, business plans, and other client-ready materials.
• Lead or support priority pitches based on agency need and capacity across strategy, writing, scheduling, and presentation.
• Translate industry, market, client, and patient challenges into differentiated Publicis Health solutions.
• Develop at least one future-forward, measurable business plan for growth opportunities.
