Job summary

State Bank in Lyons, OH is seeking a frontline banking professional to support customer service, sales, and paying/receiving functions at a community office. You will greet customers, cross-sell products, and maintain accurate cash handling with daily settlement.

Training and mentoring are provided, with clear development paths and potential quarterly incentives. Preferred candidates have at least one year of banking experience, a high school diploma, and strong math, writing, and interpersonal

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year of related banking experience.
Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. of coin.

Responsibilities

Support customer service, sales, and paying/receiving functions at the community office.
Greet customers in a friendly manner and refer to sales staff as needed.
Meet referral and sales goals for business and consumer clients.
Process deposits, transfers, checks, and other transactions accurately.
Balance cash drawer daily and maintain cash handling procedures.
Follow bank security and compliance procedures and participate in training.
