Qualifications

• Customer-centric with strong service mindset.
• Educator/coach capable of training staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs and standing long hours.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• 40 hours weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide style advice based on customer needs.
• Deliver meaningful service that promotes brand loyalty.
• Maintain positive working relationships that support a productive environment.
• Hit sales and service metrics including Talbots Classic Awards.
• Coach and train team to uphold selling standards.
• Assist with inventory, floorsets, orders, recalls, replenishment, and re-tickets.
