Open to leaders willing to relocate within 50 miles and with flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays. Food Safety certified is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial goals.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to ensure guest satisfaction and store performance.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
